One-Time Service Fees

Payment Terms

• All fees are one-time charges unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Payment is due before service commencement unless credit terms are agreed
• I accept payments via PayPal (credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers)
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

Refund Policy

My Intellectual Property

The OpenClaw Hive platform, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by me or my licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to my platform, including:

• AI agent configurations and custom prompts
• Training data and knowledge bases you provide
• Conversation logs and analytics from your agents
• Any custom integrations or code you develop

You grant me a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Services. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

Disclaimer of Warranties

MY SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. I DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Services are free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Services will meet your requirements

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENCLAW HIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

You may cancel a project at any time by notifying me via email. Upon cancellation:

• Work on your project will cease immediately
• I'll delete your project data according to my Privacy Policy
• No refunds for work already completed unless required by law
• Outstanding fees for completed work remain due and payable

By Me

I may decline or terminate a project if:

• You breach these Terms or my Acceptable Use Policy
• I receive valid legal requests requiring termination
• The project scope changes significantly from our initial agreement
• Communication becomes unresponsive for an extended period

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenClaw Hive from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Resolution Process

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with my Privacy Policy and any other agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and OpenClaw Hive.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver

My failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without my prior written consent. I may assign my rights and obligations without restriction.

Force Majeure

I shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond my reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
